Our building used to be the post office for this little town
of 1,600, so we’re not sure if it’s force of habit
or our excellent coffee that keeps the locals coming in. Whatever
the reason, we’ve become a gathering place for knitting
circles, book clubs, musicians, artists, engineers, grandparents,
munchkins, ladies luncheons, gentlemen callers and anything
and everything in between.
The sunny patio is open for lazing just about year ’round
and our wireless internet gives new meaning to the term “working
outdoors.” Inside, the gallery
hosts a variety of regional artisans and most summer weekends
see a bluegrass jam cropping up.
We’re also a favorite stopping point for hikers and all
kinds of bikers – mountain to road, Olympic
gold medal winners to motorcyclists.
